1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the project stage and service agreement.

2. Website Development Projects

If cancellation is requested before project initiation, the request may be accepted subject to administrative deductions. Once development work has started, cancellation charges may apply based on the work completed.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Monthly digital marketing services may be cancelled by providing prior written notice before the next billing cycle. Charges already incurred for completed work will remain payable.

4. Training Programs

Enrollment in training programs may be cancelled before the commencement of classes. Once training access, materials, or classes have been provided, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Client Delays

If a client fails to provide required content, approvals, or information for an extended period, Digital Hub4U reserves the right to place the project on hold or terminate the engagement.

6. Termination by Digital Hub4U

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases involving misuse, unlawful activities, abusive conduct, policy violations, or non-payment.
