1. General Policy

At Digital Hub4U, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, website development, advertising, and training services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Service-Based Projects

Once a project has been initiated and resources have been allocated, payments made towards the project are generally non-refundable.

3. Digital Marketing Services

Fees paid for SEO, Google Ads Management, Meta Ads Management, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and related services are non-refundable after work has commenced.

4. Website Development Services

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative and consultation charges. Once development work has started, refunds will not be available for completed milestones.

5. Training Programs

Course and training fees are generally non-refundable once enrollment has been confirmed and access to training materials has been provided.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where services cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Digital Hub4U.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
